Tonight!
Good Morning Champs! I look forward to singing with you tonight. We will be cheering on two of our quartets tonight; Ignite and Stevens Sisters!
Tonight we begin with sectionals at 6:15 and rehearse our scripts for Family Night and our Regional Performance. Both are posted online for you!
Take a moment to listen to the 'chant' we will be singing in Sacramento. it's posted too. Beautiful Monica will be sharing some important information so stay tuned! Ok see you soon!

Hawaiian Chant
You can listen to the chant here.
Here are the words:
A-lo-Aloha-ye (repeat)
Alo-ahee-Aloha-ye (repeat)
(Repeat is done by Leads and Tenors an octave up)
(We do this pattern 4 times, during presentation of leis)
(Donna will do a chant and then as she shakes her rain stick 3 times, a drummer drums 3 times)
(Chorus says)
Tu-Lei-Lei

(Stomp your foot 3 times)

It's a big night!
Good Morning Champs! It's post Ruth Ann and pre Regional Competition! PEC is certainly running as fast as we can! Ruth Ann's session brought us close to the A level we need to achieve for our out going champion performance.
Tonight we will be working to maintain that level and beyond! With the competition hosting duties expected of us, we need to stay even more focused in the weeks ahead. Jadine needs us to sign up and be prepared to host the best Regional convention ever! Be attention to her emails, respond, sign up and show her that we are indeed intent on a regional convention hosted with our PEC style and efficient expertise! See you soon!
7:30 on the risers rarin' to go with physical and vocal warm ups!
8:00 education/Ruth Ann's coaching:

8:30 back on the risers for the unit performance of Dr Jazz and Because of You
9:00 Tina: blocking/run through of the Family Night script
9:45 Tina: teaching the Hawaiian Chant and blocking of Out Going Champs script
10:15 Jadine with announcements for hosting!

Good morning Champs! It's a beautiful day therefore a wonderful night for singing! Lot's to do as we prepare for Ruth Ann this weekend. Remember we coach at the Cotati Vets this time! Ok see you soon, I can't wait for tonight. I love coaching!
7:30 please be on time to begin our rehearsal with physical and vocal warm ups!
8:00 coaching with Queen Patty on the contest songs!
8:30 put it all together for Dr Jazz/Because of You (these songs will be the focus for Ruth Ann's time with us)
9:00 give it up for UNTAMED!!!
9:15 Plenty of $$ with choreo! (our 2nd priority for Ruth Ann)
10 End with Dr Jazz with Patty evaluating our progress!
